At OCD Spectrum, we are committed to providing personalized and effective psychological services. Below you will find our current fee schedule and payment information.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
Understanding Our Insurance Policies
OCD Spectrum does not accept insurance as an in-network provider; however, most insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits for mental health services.
We can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits before starting therapy.

Dr. Joshua Riley-Graham
Dr. Riley-Graham provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, combined with evidence-based therapy approaches for OCD and anxiety disorders.

BILLING INFORMATION
Detailed Billing Information
Any session 30 minutes or less is coded as a 90832.
Planned sessions longer than 40–45 minutes are billed at code 90837 and will be discussed in advance to avoid unanticipated charges.
Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost before your appointment.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. We can provide superbills for each session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

*All credit cards except American Express. Credit card processing is handled through Therapy Notes. An active card must be on file before appointments are scheduled. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy
Therapy and psychiatry appointments are reservations that you are making with your provider for their time and expertise. Our providers arrange their personal lives to be available for your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations and/or no-shows negatively impact your treatment progress and prevent other patients from receiving care.
48-Hour Notice Required
The full session fee is due for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice for therapy appointments, group therapy sessions, and psychiatric appointments.
